Savannah repeat offender gets prison for killing woman in wreck

A Savannah man with four prior felony convictions pleaded guilty on Thursday to vehicular homicide and hit and run in return for a 15-year prison sentence with 10 to serve without parole in the 2016 traffic death of 70-year-old Bernitha Vaughn.
